A Wild Escape Wellbeing Day

In this workshop you will immerse yourself in the beautiful Warren Wood at Borde Hill Garden. Using your senses to connect with nature and experience the health and wellbeing benefits the woodland can provide.
Spend some time in a tree hammock, build a woodland shelter to sit and drink a cup of nettle tea made in a storm kettle. Learn how to light a fire using natural materials and cook a wild lunch.

connecting with nature.
Try your hand at den building, lighting fires, cooking marshmallows on a stick and outdoor games. This 5 hour workshop, aimed at both parents and children aims to provide an introduction to traditional bushcraft skills and guarantees fun throughout!
